Donna Como with the Rosewood Condominium <br />Homeowners Association, addressed the Commission supporting the AEON requests. <br />James Lehnhoff, Project Manager with AEON was present to provide the Commission <br />with background regarding the Sienna Green project and to provide a few additional <br />details regarding the Phase 11 project. <br />2.2 The Planning Commission voted (7-0) to recommend to the City Council approval of the <br />easement vacation and PUD amendment. <br />3.0 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />3.1 ADOPT A RESOLUTION, APPROVING the Vacation of a 12 foot wide public utility and <br />drainage easement located on the former Lot 2; <br />3.2 APPROVE the Amendment to the Approved Planned Unit Development Agreement <br />regarding footprint and placement of the 50-unit complex and other associated site <br />improvements and new project legal description. <br />Please see Section 10 for detailed recommendations <br />PFD 7-06,8—AmendmentRCA-0425I Ldoc Page I of 4 <br />
