There is no maximum height. <br /> The net housing density within the district varies depending upon the height and number of <br /> bedrooms per unit. The minimum lot area is 20,000 square feet. The R-7 District is intended for <br /> those areas designated as HR High Density Residential areas within the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> A. Permitted Uses: See Section 1004.015 <br /> B. Permitted Accessory Uses: See Section 1004.015 <br /> C. Uses Allowed by Conditional Use Permit: See Section 1004.015 <br /> D. No limit shall be placed on the height of buildings in the R-7 District. <br /> 2. Minimum yard requirements. <br /> a. Front yard of at least fifty (50) feet,plus one (1) foot for each one (1) foot of building <br /> height over seventy five (75) feet. <br /> b. Side and rear yards of at least forty (40) feet plus one-half(1/2)foot per one (1) foot <br /> of building height over seventy five (75) feet. <br /> c. No principal building housing more than three (3) dwelling units shall be less than fifty <br /> (50)feet from any other such building. <br /> 3.
