When a person resigns mid-term the <br />5 Mayor appoints a new board member and the City Council votes on the approval at the same <br />6 meeting at which the appointment is made. <br />"7 <br />Susan Elkin's term expires September 23, 2015. <br />9 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />I ('_) Direct staff to advertise for applications to serve on the Housing and Redevelopment Authority, <br />"I'll with applications due to the City by July 15.
