149 6.0 PUBLIC COMMENT <br />150 6.1 The Planning Division received only an email forwarded by Council Member McGehee <br />151 regarding the site development, which has been attached as well as the City Planner's <br />152 response to said email. <br />153 6.2 The Planning Commission held the duly-noticed public hearing for this application on <br />154 June 1 2011 draft minutes from the public hearing were not available at the time this <br />155 report was prepared. No one from the public addressed the Planning Commission on this <br />156 matter. The applicant's representative (Michael Kraft ) was present. After closing the <br />157 public hearing, the Planning Commission unanimously (i.e., by a vote of 6-0) <br />158 recommended that the application be approved based on the findings identified in the <br />159 staff report. <br />160 7.0 RECOMMENDATION <br />161 Based on the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the comments and <br />162 findings outlined in Sections 5 and 6 of this report, the Planning Division recommends <br />163 approval of the proposed CONDITIONAL USE pursuant to § 1005.03 and § 1009.02 of the <br />164 Roseville City Code; subject to the following conditions.- <br />165 a. All public easement being accurately articulated on the plan sheets submitted for <br />166 permit review and approval <br />167 b.
