Office Space an�d Eguipm�en�t St The Count y will provide suitable office an�d wareh�ouse space to conduct all election �-related activities an�d for storage of election equipm n�t an�d supplies., 6 Election Judge Recruitment The City will en�courage City employees to take time off from work to serve as election judges., The County will assess the need to upgrade or replace the voting systems used for state, County an�d City elections held on an�d after July 1, 201 2., The County will provide the City with an estim to of the cost of upgradin�g or replacin�g the voting systems no later than March 1, 2012 if adoption of a replacement voting system is either required by law or otherwise deemed n�ecessary by the County.
