I am <br />actually looking forward to a well maintained facility going in to this area I agree with <br />this facility going in with a few concerns,. The concerns, are that it states, that the <br />residents, don't go outside. I don't know of many assisted livings, were you don't have any <br />residence that go outside. Most of them do walk a short block or so and I am sad to see that <br />there are really no garden s,paces, for this facility. The second concern is the roof line of <br />this facility. The peek is very high and most of the neighborhood and current buildings, have <br />the flat or shallow roof line. I think that the proposed roof line of the building is <br />massive and will impeed on current homeowners, sum and views,.
