New utilities were <br />4o not required to service this minor subdivision. <br />4°,i FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />42 Xcel has provided the City a cost estimate of $4,912.64 for relocating the pole to the nearest lot <br />43 line and re- routing two underaround services to the nee Dole_ The City does not have a fundina <br />44 source for private utility relocations. <br />45 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />46 Paying for the relocation of private utilities to accommodate individual homeowner requests <br />47 could set precedence if other property owners request relocation of power poles. As a result, <br />48 staff does not recommend that the City pay for the cost to relocate the pole in the right- of- way <br />49 in front 2782 Dale Street.
