Homes has planneld to give to the, City for a park.
Our plersoinal observatilon i's that the major concern, of the City,
the neighbors and ourselves is for, the, preservation of the
Langt,on L,ak,e area, as a Nat,ure Park, to enhance the einjoyment
of nature a,nd devellop ha,bit,a,t for wildlife. T'he impact of 54
A,cceiss from three directions by footpaths from the, east on
any neighbo appy.
In the light of the, a,bove, we encouria,ge furtiheir investigation
to be more satisfactory.
As the. proposed Arithur St,reelti access brings the road upi to the
west-ern easement bounda, rly, it would necessitate a protective
fencle, for t,he s,a,fety of our residents,,
A,s a, last resiorti, we would accede to the Arthur Sitreet proposal,ik
