Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council in open session at approximately <br /> 5:05 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for December: Johnson; <br /> Willmus; McGehee; Pust; and Roe). Councilmember Pust arrived at 5:20 p.m. City At- <br /> torney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> Johnson moved, Willmus seconded, going into closed executive session in accordance <br /> with MN Statutes section 13.d.05 for the purpose of discussing the City Manager's per- <br /> formance evaluation. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; Willmus; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe convened the City Council in closed executive session at approx 5: 08 PM. <br /> Councilmember Pust arrived at approximately 5:20 PM, during the closed executive ses- <br /> sion. <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded, continuing the City Manager evaluation discussion <br /> to the December 12, 2011, meeting. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; Willmus; McGehee; Pust and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Johnson moved, Pust seconded, to reconvene in open session. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Johnson; Willmus; McGehee; Pust and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> Mayor Roe adjourned the closed executive session at approximately 5:53 PM. <br /> Recess <br /> 2012 Budget and Utility Rates Hearing <br /> Mayor Roe reconvened the City Council in open session at approximately 6:03 PM... <br />
