'122 C. Open House: Prior to submitting an application for approval of an interim use, an <br />213 applicant shall hold an open house meeting with residents and property owners in <br />124 the vicinity of the interim use location. <br />'125 1. Purpose: To provide a convenient forum for engaging community members in <br />'126 the development process, to describe the proposal in detail, and to answer questions <br />12 7` and solicit feedback. <br />'128 2. Timing: The open house shall be held not more than thirty (30) days prior to the <br />'129 submission of an application for interim use approval and shall be held on a <br />'11 weekday evening beginning between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and ending by 10:00 <br />1,3 P.M. <br />1 13 2 3. Location: The open house shall be held at a location in or near the neighborhood <br />1 01 0, <br />13 13 affected by the proposed interim use, and in the case of an interim use near <br />1 <br />1 34 Roseville' s boundaries) preferably in Roseville. In the event that such a meeting <br />1 <br />1 3 5 space is not available the applicant shall arrange for the meeting to be held at the <br />1 <br />1 3 6 City Hall Campus. <br />1 3 .......... Invitations: The applicant shall prepare a printed invitation indentifying the <br />1 <br />1 3 8 date, time, place, and purpose of the open house and shall mail the invitation to the <br />1 <br />1 3 9 recipients in a list prepared and provided in electronic format by Community <br />1 114 0 Development Department staff. The recipients will include property owners within <br />1 114 1 five hundred feet (500') of the subject property,, members of the Planning <br />1 114 2 Commission and City Council, and other community members that have registered <br />'1114 143 to receive the invitations. <br />'1114 114 5. Summary: A written summary of the open house shall be submitted as a <br />1 114 5 necessary component of an application for interim use approval. <br />1 114 6 Q. D. Application.- Applications for interim uses shall be processed in the same manner as <br />1 114 711" conditional use permits as established in Section 1014.01 of this Title.
