Code pertaining to approval and signing timelines of subdivision plats (PROJO012). R X61 Kyr&ll 0 0 10, 1) 15 1.1 In the past year, subdivision applicants have been challenged in providing (within the required 44 timeline) the necessary documents for signature aft er the Council's approval of a final plat. 5 Specifically, upon approval by the City Council a final plat must be signed by the City within 30 days. Due to this short timeline a number of plats have required repetitive approvals from the 7 Planning Commission and City Council. 1.2 The cause of this situation is not clearly apparent, but lies in timing related to review by the County Surveyor and perhaps the misunderstanding of the process as identified by the Roseville City Code that is unlike many other municipal processes. 2 1.3 In an effort to be responsive to the realities of the situation, the Planning Division desires a Code Amendment to better manage the platting process, particularly the final plat approval and 5 signing processes. 7 2.0 CURRENT'CODE - T'IMELINE: m Sections 1102.01 F1 and H of the Roseville City Code read as follows: 20 F.
