6. 10 The Planning Division has reviewed the submitted plans and will continue to work with <br />20 Roundy's on determining compliance with specific aspects of Section 1006 and 1010 (Design <br />2 Standards) of the Roseville City Code. These include parking light lighting, mechanical <br />�22 equipment placement and screening, and final landscape plan details. <br />C-101 <br />2,4 6.11 The proposed building, as depicted on the elevation rendering, will include varying heights and <br />2 5 other features such as window and awnings to break-up wall massing. This protective strip shall contain no structures, <br />5 r shall not be used for parking, off-street loading or storage, and shall be landscaped. The <br />landscape treatment shall include the seeding of'grass or soming ofthe whole ofthe buffer <br />strip, the planting of sbrubbery and trees and maintaining of 'same, a compact screen wall, <br />2 fence, berm, landscaping, or combination thereof which limit shall be not less than seventy five <br />percent (75%) opaque year-round to a minimum beigbt of '6 feet above the parking lot curb. The <br />landscape treatment must be approved by the city and shall be in barmony with a residential <br />5 neigbborhood and provide sufficient screening ofthe sbopping center operations.
