ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 1201 —1211, AND 1215 LARPENTEUR AVENUE FROM SHOPPING <br />CENTER DISTRICT (SC) TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) WITH <br />AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT (SC). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain.- <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (honing <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 08 -005, the following property, located at 1201 to <br />1211, and 1215 Larpenteur Avenue and legally described as. <br />See Attachment A. <br />is hereby rezoned from Shopping Center District (SC) to Planned Unit Development <br />(PUD) with and underlying zoning of Shopping Center District (SC). <br />Section 2.
