Final Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) SRFC Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative (SS/HS) Connections Grant Partners of Suburban Ramsey County 2. Provide guidance and cross training, via the School-Linked Intensive Mental Health Team, for the school-linked Intensive Mental Health services and engage in mutual learning with culturally specific services/partners to build the capacity of all agencies to better serve the families of Suburban Ramsey County. 2. When possible, offer space for culturally specific therapeutic services. 3. Cross train school personnel, via the district wide interdisciplinary team, on ways in which all partners, including law enforcement, corrections, and school staff, can better understand all SS /HS elements from a mental health perspective. Provide guidance and cross training, via the School Linked Community Social Worker Team, for the School Linked Community Social Work services and engage in mutual learning with bicultural Community Social Workers to build the capacity of all agencies to better serve the families of Suburban Ramsey County. 4. When possible, offer space for bicultural Community Social Workers to meet families at spaces convenient to them. 5. Cross train school personnel, via the district wide interdisciplinary team, on ways in which all partners, including law enforcement, corrections, and school staff, can better understand all SS /HS elements from a family support perspective. Support the comprehensive early childhood mental health continuum of services at school sites and within the community including coordinated standardized screening efforts with designated early childhood programs. 2. Support the Foundations for Success ongoing partnership, resource and early childhood mental health staff development in Suburban Ramsey schools and community agencies. Support the comprehensive early childhood mental health triage and follow up services for parents whose children, ages 0-5 had a clinically significant score on the ASQ-SE. 1ERM,V OF A GREEMENT: This final Memorandum of Agreement shall be in effect as of the date on this agreement and valid until September, 2011, unless otherwise modifi ed. All parties are signatory to this agreement when signing. Any party signatory to this agreement may terminate participation upon thirty days notice to all other signed parties to the agreement.
