Final Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) <br />SRFC Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative (SS/HS) <br />Connections Grant Partners of Suburban Ramsey County <br />2. Provide guidance and cross training, via the School-Linked Intensive Mental Health <br />Team, for the school-linked Intensive Mental Health services and engage in mutual <br />learning with culturally specific services/partners to build the capacity of all agencies <br />to better serve the families of Suburban Ramsey County. <br />2. When possible, offer space for culturally specific therapeutic services. <br />3. Cross train school personnel, via the district wide interdisciplinary team, on ways in <br />which all partners, including law enforcement, corrections, and school staff, can <br />better understand all SS /HS elements from a mental health perspective. <br />THE LOCALVOCIALVER VICE A GENCIEV A GREE TO: <br />1. Support school-linked Community Social Worker services. <br />2. Provide guidance and cross training, via the School Linked Community Social <br />Worker Team, for the School Linked Community Social Work services and engage <br />in mutual learning with bicultural Community Social Workers to build the capacity <br />of all agencies to better serve the families of Suburban Ramsey County. <br />4. When possible, offer space for bicultural Community Social Workers to meet <br />families at spaces convenient to them. <br />5. Cross train school personnel, via the district wide interdisciplinary team, on ways in <br />which all partners, including law enforcement, corrections, and school staff, can <br />better understand all SS /HS elements from a family support perspective. <br />THE L 0 CA L EA RL Y CHILDHO OD MENTA L HE A L TH COLLA B ORA TI VE <br />(FO UNDA TIOXV FOR S UCCEVV) A GREEV TO: <br />1. Support the comprehensive early childhood mental health continuum of services at <br />school sites and within the community including coordinated standardized screening <br />efforts with designated early childhood programs. <br />2. Support the Foundations for Success ongoing partnership, resource and early <br />childhood mental health staff development in Suburban Ramsey schools and <br />community agencies. <br />THE EA RL Y CHILDHO OD INFORMA TION A ND REFERRAL OF RA MOVE Y <br />COUNTY A GREE,'Y TO <br />1. Support the comprehensive early childhood mental health triage and follow up <br />services for parents whose children, ages 0-5 had a clinically significant score on the <br />ASQ-SE. <br />1ERM,V OF A GREEMENT: <br />This final Memorandum of Agreement shall be in effect as of the date on this agreement <br />and valid until September, 2011, unless otherwise modifi ed. All parties are signatory to <br />this agreement when signing.
