Final Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) <br />SRFC Safe Schools/Healthy Students Initiative (SS/HS) <br />Connections Grant Partners of Suburban Ramsey County <br />The parties will develop procedures for ongoing meetings with the SS /HS Project <br />Director. <br />MODIFICA TION OF A GREEMENT: <br />Modification of this agreement shall be made only by consent of the majority of the <br />initiating parties. Such shall be made with the same formalities as were followed in this <br />agreement and shall include a written document setting forth the modifications, signed by <br />all the consenting parties. <br />0 THER INTERA GENC Y A GREEMENEY: <br />All parties to this agreement acknowledge that this agreement does not preclude or <br />preempt each of the agencies individually entering into an agreement with one or more <br />parties to this agreement. Such agreements shall not nullify the force and effect of this <br />agreement. This agreement does not remove any other obligations imposed by law to <br />share information with other agencies. <br />�'YIGNA TUREV OF PAR TIEV TO THLY A GREEMENT: <br />Upon signing this agreement, the original agreement and signature shall be held at the <br />Suburban Ramsey Family Collaborative office. <br />Information Sharing,: <br />The SRFC Director will be responsible for coordinating the communication and <br />information sharing among the participating partners. Methods for sharing information <br />will include the SRFC List Serv, The How Are the Children? Updates; individual email, <br />written communication such as meeting minutes, quarterly progress reports, annual <br />reports, semi-annual SRFC-SS/HS Initiative - ;ommunity Forums, SRFC Joint Powers <br />Board and Outcome Team meetings, and any other pertinent correspondence. All <br />correspondence will involve designated agency/organization representatives and <br />authorized representatives for each SRFC-SS/HS Initiative partner. <br />Data privacy of all clients will be respected as per state and federal law and agency <br />policies. <br />Local Public Mental Health Authority: <br />In partnership with the Ramsey County Interagency Initiative (R II) including the <br />St. Paul-Ramsey County Public Health/Health and Human Services and Corrections, <br />public and private schools and Head Start systems, and the MN Department of <br />Health, partners will continue to develop a more cohesive/ coordinated system of <br />care for identifying and intervening on behalf of children/youth demonstrating <br />mental health concerns. This plan will include improving the coordination and <br />integration of the school, county and community based mental health services <br />countywide. <br />Provide oversight of all Ramsey County contracted mental health services (on-site <br />and off-site) , supervision and monitoring of contractual personnel <br />
