LP and Bunten 11, LLC seeks the VACATION OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS (7 storm water <br />44 pond easements and I sanitary sewer easement in their entirety and 3 partial easements) and <br />5 replacing the required utility and drainage easements (as noted on final plat) . The request also <br />seeks the approval of the FINAL PLAT (combining 8 existing parcels and/or lots into 4 new lots) . <br />7 <br />PROJECT, REVIEW HISTORY <br />Application Submitted and Determined Complete: February 27, 2008 <br />0 60 Day Review Deadline: April 30, 2008 <br />Project Report Recommendation: March 5, 2008 <br />2 Anticipated City Council Action: March 24, 2008 <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />5 2.1 At the duly noticed public hearing held on March 5, 2008, the Planning uommission voted 4-0 <br />to recommend approval of the requested VACATION OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS & FINAL PLAT, <br />7 subject to certain conditions. Draft minutes of the hearing are included with this report as <br />Attachment D. <br />2.2 Planning Division staff concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission; see <br />20 Section 6 of this report for details. <br />2 3.0 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION: <br />22 3.1 ADOPT, RESOLUTIONS APPROVING of the VACATION OF PUBLIC EASEMENTS & FINAL <br />2 31' PLAT for Bonten LP and Bonten 11 LLC, subject to conditions (see Section 7 for detailed action) . <br />Page I of 3 <br />
