E"'I't, '' <br />70 <br />7 <br />7.1 On March 5, 2008 the subject request and duly noticed public hearing was considered by the <br />Roseville Planning Commission. There were no questions of staff sought by the Commissioners <br />and no citizens were present to address the Commission. <br />7.2 The Roseville Planning Commission voted (4-0) to recommend approval of both the EASEMENT <br />VACATION and the FINAL PLAT as presented by the City Planner. <br />7.3 Based on the information in Section 5 and 6 of this project report dated March 5, 2008, the <br />Community Development and Public Works Staff recommend approval of the VACATION of <br />CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS and the approval of the FINAL PLAT for Bonten LP and Bonten <br />119 LLC9 2335 and 2361 Highway 36, subject to the following condition: <br />PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT, CONDITION: <br />A. Utility and drainage easements for the newly configured storm water pond shall be <br />provided as required/approved by the Public Works Director. <br />7.4 The Planning Division also seeks a condition that requires the FINAL PLAT be signed within 120 <br />days versus the required 30 days as in stipulated Section 1102.01F of the City Code. This <br />additional time will allow the applicant to continue their efforts with Ramsey County on the <br />possible vacation of a portion of the St. Croix Street right-of-way.
