Although an official application 123 process is not outlined, the proposed TEXT AMENDMENT (included with this staff report as 124 Attachment B) includes the above requirements in §201.07 of the City Code in which 121") amendments to the Comprehensive Plan are discussed. 126 6.5 One Roseville resident submitted written comment for the public hearing which was 127 generally supportive of the proposed text amendment, but offered the suggestion that the 12 open house notifi cations/invitations be sent to property owners within 1,000 feet of the 129 project property.
