The low end of the cost range would include proJect docan-tentation, conducting 4-5 <br />workshops and presentations, engaging the community and Stakeholder Task Force, graphic <br />alternatives, facility programming, and a fmal master plan with cost estilmaie and phasing. The <br />high end costs would also include graphic and written web site materials, identify funding <br />sources, and 7-8 workshops and presentations. This range of costs and task can be tailored to fit <br />yoor needs. <br />Looking hito the natural resource side, limiled impitinentatioll that would only include <br />hydrologic restoration may cost as little as S 10,000, while implen-ienting a 3 -5 year Yestonation <br />prograin for both wetland and upland areas surrounding,flie nature center could cost up to <br />S100,000. The latter figure is largely related to the multipfie treatiiients and integrated approach <br />require to effectively nianage' purl e loo sestriVie. WNIle the hydi-ologic restoration alone would <br />help the wetland.
