ATTACHMENT E <br />WAIVER <br />, as the owner of Golden Eagle Laundry, 1233 <br />L :rpente r Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota, hereby acknowledges that the City has .11owed <br />me to construct improvements on my property despite the fact the property is Prone to <br />flooding and does not meet the requirements of the City Comprehensive Surface Water <br />Management Plan. <br />The City authorization to construct the improvements was contingent on a waiver <br />by me, of any and all claims that may result from flooding of the building on my <br />property.
