With Dorso's <br />consent, the property was includedin a larger conderunation proceeding which was later <br />abandoned after Rottlund withdrew as the redeveloper, The land has been underutilized since as <br />a semi-traider parking/storage facility. I <br />The GSA was interested in the site, but an agreement to sell the property to the GSA was <br />never reaGhed. Opus Northwest, LLCis now interested in acting as the developer/redeveloper on, <br />the site. A condition of the sale s, passage by the City of this Resolution. <br />This resolution will benefit -the City by -facilitating the sale and redevelopment ' of the tract <br />which 'is currently being used as a semi-trailer parking lot. The contemplated now development <br />will result in 1801,000 square feet of new fi ce and numerous new jobs.
