The right-in/right-out access located along County Road B, approximately 300 <br />feet cast of Snelling Avenue, will be closed under future conditions as part, of the <br />redevelopment of the Har Mar Mall. <br />b. The site plan in the northeast comer of the development (near the existing <br />Firestone auto service center) should be modified to relocate the east leg of the <br />internal intersection 1*mmedi ate ly adjacent to the County Road B/Har Mar Mall <br />Access (signalized)intersection 'further south.
