PUD AMENDMENT APPLICATION <br />{ATTACHMENT) <br />ENT) <br />September 7, 20U7 <br />Site Grp d'lnp,,-Dral',n,age,-Stormwater Mang meat and Erosion Control: <br />It is the �owner's i ntent that all City of Roseville site requirements and Rice Creek <br />Watershed District requirements be met or surpassed. <br />The PUD Masterplan for HarMar Mall has one area, of redevelopment and site <br />disturbance. This area is located in the NE corner of the site near the corner of <br />County Road B and Pascal Street (the existing Firestone Tires building site). The <br />total site is about 44 acres and the disturbed area will be approximately I acre. <br />0 . e% <br />The re-development of the site will require permits trom the City of Roseville and <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. Rice Creek requires a permit for any <br />commie relal/retail site that disturbs over I acre of area. A grading, drainage, <br />utility, erosion control and storinwater maniagement plan will be provided to the <br />City and RCWD. The plans will be designed to comply with the City's and <br />Watershed district's requirements. <br />For stormwater management the City requires treatmelit for water quantity for the <br />2-YR, I 0-YR and I 00-YR rainfall events and Rice Creek requires on-site water <br />$1 <br />quality treatment for 2.8"' of runoff over the disturbed, areas. The water quality <br />and quantity requirements will be managed on-site through infiltration ncling or <br />in an underground stormwater treatment system, depending on site characteristics <br />such as sal') type, infiltration rate, groundwater levels and parking lot grade <br />elevations. <br />9 OF 9 <br />
