After <br />"de ring public comm in, opposition to the proposed rezoning <br />15 consl ent - * , the Planning <br />16 Commission voted (5-2) to recommend approval of the proposed RE4ZONING and voted (5- <br />17 2) to recommend approval of the requested CONDITIONAL USE PEWIT. Draft minutes of <br />18 the Panning Commission meeting, including a bench handout from residents of Autt=n <br />19 Street, arle included with this staff report as Attachment F. I <br />20 2.2 The Planning Division concurs with the Planning Commission recommendation to <br />21 approve he requested REZONING and CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, subject to certain <br />22 conditions, see Section 8 of this report for the detailed recommendation. <br />23 360 SUMMARY OF SUGGESTED ACTION <br />24 3.1 PASS A MOTION requiring the removal of the existing parking areas adjacent to Autumn <br />25 Street pursuant to a previous CUP; see Section 9.1 of thi's report for the detailed action. <br />26 3.2 ADOPT AN ORDINANCE REZONfNG the property at 1901 Lexington Avenue, pursuant to <br />27 § 10154 1 of the City Code; see Section 9.2 for the detailed action. <br />28 3.3 ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, pursuant to <br />29 § 10 13.01 of the City Code, subject to conditions; see Section 9.3 for the detailed action. <br />PF07-069—RCA — 011408 <br />Page I of 5 <br />
