FINANCIAL IMPACTS <br />Financial impacts are addressed in the JP A. The current Capitol City Regional Firefighter's <br />3 'i Association Fire Service Agreement provides for St. Paul Fire to reimburse the Roseville Fire <br />32 Department when mutual aid services extend past 12 hours for any one specific incident. The <br />33 JPA will provide reimbursement after 8 hours of services provided over the entire timeframe of <br />34 the RNC. As stated above these are the only variations between the JPA and the Capitol City <br />35 Regional Firefighter's Association Fire Service Agreement already in place. <br />36 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />37 Staff recommendation is for Council to approve the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of St. <br />38 Paul and allow appropriate city personnel to sign the JP A. <br />39 REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION <br />Approve the Joint Powers Agreement with the City of St. Paul and allow appropriate City <br />4 1 personnel to sign the JP A., <br />Prepared by: Richard B.
