The 20�08 Legal Sen�ic,es RFP process involved a structured ro-oosal process very simil. <br />P . <br />to the RFP processes completed in 1999, 200�2 and 2005. Director <br />Thomas Paschke, City Planner <br />Bill Mal inen, �City Manager <br />Prosecution <br />Carol Slietner, Police Chief <br />Pat Trudgeon, Comm. Dev. Director <br />Rick. Mathwig, Police Captain <br />Lome Riosand, Police Lt. <br />Each panelist reviewed the proposals in advance of interviews. Each of the panelists then <br />evaluated the proposers during interviews held on October 6 Ih . While in the past the <br />number of firms being interviewed was narrowed,, down to three, we interviewed all <br />- f� <br />proposers, due to the limited number received. Based upon their review or the -proposal <br />materials and the interview process, the panels scored each firm on the following aspects: <br />Following the interviews and numcri.cal scoring of each firms' attributes, the two panels <br />City discussed the strengths and weaknesses of each firm and their suitability for The City of <br />Roseville.
