Draft Resolution Attachment G <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2, Roseville,, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of November, 2008 <br />3 at 6.-00 p.m. <br />,4, The following members were present.* <br />5 and were absent. <br />6 Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.- <br />7' <br />8 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />9 §1012.09 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR TED GLASRUD ASSOCIATES, INC., <br />10 AT 1700 HIGHWAY 36 (PF08-�041) <br />11 WHEREAS,, Ted Glasrud Associates,, Inc. owns the property addressed as 1700 Highway <br />12, 3 6 and has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with § 1012.0 of the Roseville <br />13 City Code; and <br />14 WHEREAS,, the subject property is legally described as.- <br />15 <br />16 <br />Lot 2 Block I Rosewood Village <br />PIN: 09-29-2 3-�43-0001 <br />1 7' WHEREAS the applicant seeks to install an accessory structure on the and <br />p I property; <br />18 WHEREAS,, The Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />19 requested INTERIM USE PERMIT, voting 6-0 to recommend approval of the request based on <br />2O the comments and findings of the staff report dated November 5, 2008; <br />2,1 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,, by the Roseville City Council, to APPROVE <br />2,2, the request by Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. for an INTERIM USE PERMIT in accordance with <br />2,3 Section 61012-09 of the Roseville Citv Code- subiect to the following conditions-- <br />24 a. The size and appearance of the gazebo shall be consistent with the plans included <br />2,5 as Attachment D of the staff report reviewed for this application; <br />2,6 b. The gazebo shall be situated similar to Location B in the site plan included as <br />2,"'7' Attachment C of the staff report reviewed for this application; <br />2,8 C. The applicant shall work with staff to find a way to prevent the trash container <br />2,9 lids from opening in the wind; and <br />30 d.
