This work plan <br />3 included the following Municipal State Aid (MSA) streets. <br />4 <br />Mill and Overlay <br />MSA number <br />County Road C2 (cul- de- sac to Lexington) <br />160-216-015 <br />Oakcrest Ave (Ham line Ave to Lexington Ave) <br />160-228-009 <br />Brooks Ave (Lexington to curve) <br />160-244-002 <br />Reconstruction <br />Roselawn Avenue (Hamline Ave to Victoria Street), 16(x-243-004 <br />5 POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />6 These Mill and Overlay projects are proposed to be financed entirely through MSA funds. <br />"7 Roselawn Avenue street reconstruction is assessable and will follow the Chapter 429 process, <br />with the matching funds coming from MSA funds.
