Attachment A <br />Pursuant to due all and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 17th day of <br />November, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />q i tkla s 100-miii`114MA <br />• W1 "Ik Ifflyb 03 DRY&A a tAWLIV961 <br />OW <br />U 991YAM 0 t0l LVj 10 WA' 10 r" 11110 FATA 0 0 t 11 M 11111 19N 101 ;&910 <br />WHEREAS, the Imagine Roseville 2025 visioning process identified sidewalks and trails as <br />important infrastructure to the community, and <br />WHEREAS, A SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR Safe Routes to Schools Grants for sidewalk <br />infrastructure is available to the City, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that: <br />The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for 2009 Safe Routes <br />to Schools Infrastructure Grant for a sidewalk for County Road B-2 from Lexington Avenue to <br />Rice Street. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: and the following voted against the same: <br />
