III. Services Provided by City <br />The City of Roseville will provide the following: <br />1. Existing system/strategic plans <br />2. All current Park Master Plans <br />3. Natural Resources Inventory <br />4. Natural Resource Management Plan <br />5. OVAL Task Force Report <br />6. City Comprehensive Plan Update <br />7. GIS data for Park and Recreation System <br />8. HANC Planning Committee Report <br />9. Parks and Recreation Capital Improvement Plan <br />10. Park Facilities Inventory <br />11. Parks and Facilities maps <br />12. Future parkland acquisitions list <br />13. Land cover maps <br />14. A citizen team to provide input and guidance <br />15. Planning and zoning district maps <br />16. Technical assistance and information as requested <br />17. Input and review as requested <br />18. Staff liaison <br />19. Address lists and labels for mailings to Roseville property owners <br />The City Parks and Recreation Division will provide primary support for the consultant and the <br />team. The Parks and Recreation Director and the Park Planner will be heavily involved in the <br />entire process and will collaborate with the consultant at all levels Other City Staff will be <br />involved as appropriate, i.e. City Communications will be involved in coordinating public <br />awareness for the project, recreation program staff will be involved in identifying trends, <br />obstacles, communicating public meetings, etc. The City of Roseville has several media outlets, <br />including a web site, cable television and City newsletters among other methods that may be <br />used to keep the public informed on the process. Because of the publication deadlines, <br />communications to the public will often need to be planned well in advance. <br />I. Project Budget <br />Proposers shall strive to provide the highest level of service at a reasonable cost. Fees for <br />services are expected to include reimbursable expenses and should be included in your proposal. <br />Funding may be divided between the 2008, 2009 and early 20 10 budget years. <br />It is encouraged to outline as best as possible the work that is reasonable for staff to perform and <br />reflect that scenario in your proposal. <br />V. Project Schedule <br />The following is a general timeline that will be followed to hire a firm. Once a firm has been <br />selected, the actual planning schedule will be solidified. Proposers shall provide a detailed <br />work plan that addresses all major tasks and milestones to be accomplished throughout the <br />process. <br />zl'#� <br />
