POLICY OBJECTIVE The engineering and administration for this project is eligible f i or Federal funds. The City s 1� designing this project with city staff. FINANCIAL IMPACTS 35 Federal aid is a reimbursement program. Federal funds cannot be released until after an expense 36 has been incurred. Mn/DOT then reimburses such expenditures with federal funds. This is very 37 similar to the process that we use for State Aid Projects. What follows is the estimated budget 38 for this project.
