Die Recessed or Continued Meetings <br />No published or mailed notice is necessary for a recessed or continued <br />meeting so long as the time and place of the meeting was established <br />during the previous meeting and recorded in that meeting's minutes. <br />I I <br />Eel Closed Meefings <br />These same notice rules apply to regular, special, or emergency meetings <br />that are closed. <br />A. At least one copy of the agenda and other written materials which are either (1) <br />distributed to all board members at, the meeting; (2) distributed to all board <br />me fiber b efore the meeting; or (3) available in the meeting room to all members <br />must be available in the meeting room for, public inspection while the Board <br />considers the subject matter. Minn. Stat. § 13D.01, sub id. 6. <br />B. Exceptions: <br />i <br />Data classified as non-public under the Government Data Practices Act <br />shall, not be released in written form, at a public meeting. See Minn.
