The mieeting,,, however, must be open if the <br />employee so requests. See, Minn.. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 2(b), <br />2. If the board decides that discipline may be warranted as a result of the <br />charges, further meetings relating to those charges held after that <br />conclusion is reached must be public., <br />Cal Pleirformance EvaWat.oils <br />The County board may close, a meeting to evaluate an employee's <br />performance.
