If unfavorable or unforeseen conditions are <br />encountered at any point during the completion of these tasks that lead us to recommend an expanded scope of <br />services, we will contact you to discuss those conditions before resuming our work. <br />Site Acces,s,, Staking and Utility Clearance, <br />Lased on our understanding of the site and the proposed boring locations, we have assumed the boring <br />locations are accessible to a truck mounted drill rig. IDelpending on access requirements or ground <br />,conditions, our field crew may alter the exploration locations from those proposed to facilitate <br />,accessibility, <br />We will stake the boring locations, determine surface elevations and coordin,ate the clearing of public <br />utilitieâ–º. The boring locations will be staked and ground surface elevations will be determined through <br />the use of GPS technology. <br />Prior to drilling, we will contact Gopher State One Call and request they notify the appropriate utility <br />vendors to mark and clear the exploration locations of public underground utilities. We request you or <br />your authorized representative notify Braun 'Intertecimmediately of the presence and location of any <br />underground objects or private utilities that are not the iresponsibility of public agencies. Braun Intertec <br />will take reasonable precautions to avoid underground objects. In authorizing this contract, you agree to <br />waive any claims against Braun Intertec and will indemnify and hold Braun Intertec harmless for any, <br />claims or liability due to theinjury or loss allegedly arising from our damaging of underground objects <br />that were not called to our attention prior to the Ibex inning of work. <br />Celebrating 50 years of gi-cwt h through service rind trust <br />
