We will report our findings to you with the understanding that the <br />property owner will report the results as required by law. <br />One orioinal and one copy of our Preliminary Environmental Evaluation report will be submitted to you <br />and two copies to the City,, unless we are directed to do otherwise. <br />Quality Assurance/Quality Control <br />Braun Intertec is currently certified to conduct inorganic and organic laboratory analyses by the <br />Minnesota Department of Health.. the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and the North Dakota <br />'State Department of IHealth. <br />All chemical analyses will be performed according to methods published by the United States <br />Environmental Protection Agency or other authoritative sources. The quality assurance program <br />at Braun Intertec has been designed to generate laboratory data that are both accurate and consistent. <br />To maintain a high level of performance, duality -c ontr'ol assessment is used to monitor both precision <br />and accuracy of the instruments and analyses. The examination of routine blanks, sample duplicates, <br />spikes and standards highlight areas of each analytical proce'dure where preventive and/or corrective <br />m ' <br />measures wild M 11 be most effective. A copy of our (�uality Assurance anual is available for your review <br />upon request. <br />Schedule <br />icn <br />bliedule <br />Based on our current schedule, we will be able to begin the scope of sore iceswithin approximately one <br />to two weeks of receipt of your authorization. Approximately five to six days will be required to conduct <br />the 1 P roposed soil borings. Standard turnaround time on laboratory analyses for this project is about ten <br />wiorkir�g days. Expedited laboratory turnaround is available at an additional cost. Our written <br />environmental report will follow within about two weeks laft eir receiving the analytical results. The <br />geotlechnicial report will be, completed about two to three weeks after-completing the field work. Verbal <br />results and preliminary recommendations can be provided before the final report, is published. <br />We will furnish the services described herein on an (hourly and unit cost basis.
