As a statement while leaving, Mayor Kyslyczyn and Mr Schroeder want to <br />char the process of replacing a council vacancy. This process has served the city in the past, and allowed for a <br />smooth transition. Based on the debates and policy changes the council has made over the past four years, the <br />citiziens, have spoken. Do the citizens of Roseville want the current administration to carry over? I think the, appointment should be of a female and <br />perhaps the two wo mein 'that: ran in the last election should be interviewed and the council select one <br />ofthern. <br />in these times It seems foolhardy to spend that money, on an electon when we have those two <br />quallfied women who ran in the last election. <br />Lars Overskei <br />
