He is infuriated at the Council for wasting City money and <br />trying to undo will of the voters. Do NOT have a special election. Councilmembers must show leadership and <br />appoint. The voters spoke loud and clear when they turned the -mayor out at the primary. He thinks the City is <br />,great and he thinks employees are doing a wonderful job, it's Just the council has made a bad decision.
