I wanted to honestly say to, residents <br />who asked one questions about candidates, that I could no would. not comment <br />on any candidate's stance on any issue,. <br />My comment is based on my conversations with voters. I bet I answered that <br />Who appoints,"' question (without exaggeration) at least 5'0 times. I told <br />residents that,, if' elected, it depended upon when Klausing resigned. If he <br />resigned before Jan. 5 the current Council would appoint- if he waited until <br />,Jan. 5 the, 2,0014 Council would appoint. I did not mention special election, <br />nor do, I recall anyone ever, askmg me about that. <br />Truly, my, concern is about voter turnout and cost. (The stress of planning <br />an election, I can handle.
