ii gii 10.2 Based on the comments and findings outlined in Sections 5-9 of this report, the Planning <br />1192 Division concurs with the Planning Commission recommendation to approve the <br />1193 GENERAL CONCEPT PUD subject to the above conditions omitting, condition "g," and <br />1194 revising, condition 'T' as follows: <br />11911,15 f. the applicant shall provide for recording against the shopping center property a legal <br />1196 description of land that, in the event of the future sale of the shopping center property <br />1197 or the office property to a third party, enough land would be conveyed to the office <br />1198 property to achieve a I0-foot building setback from the southern property line. <br />1199 11.0 SUGGESTED ACTION <br />200 By motion, approve the GENERAL CONCEPT PUD for Presbyterian Homes and Services <br />2011 allowing the proposed office expansion at 2845 Hamline Avenue, based on the comments <br />202 and findings of Sections 5-9 and the revised conditions of Section 10 of the project report <br />203 dated July 28, 2008. <br />204 12.0 NEXT STEPS <br />2 0 "') 12.1 The GENERAL CONCEPT PUD is the first of a two step process.
