The following were <br />comments and quesitions'. <br />1 Row many and wh�eire. will the entrances and exits be located on the site plan?, <br />We pointed out on the plan that we are proposing that. there will still be 4 <br />entrances and exits from the site. <br />2. Will! there, be a stop, light added at any of the intersections? <br />i <br />We sai.d that we could bring this up with the city or county.. <br />3. Will there be PHS meetings on weekends and evenings? <br />We told them that we do not anticipate, h�aviin�g meetings in the evenings and <br />weekends, but that we plan to continue our normal operations and meeting <br />times as we have now, which is usually between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:04 <br />P.M. <br />4i., Will th�i�s, addition increase traffic flow in the evening and weekends? <br />We sal .'d that we do not anticipate having meetings 'in the evenings and <br />weekends, th�eireifore we would not expect additional traffic in the evenings and <br />weekends., <br />5. Will there be, enough parking to accommodate additional staff? <br />We did tell them that we had that discu�ss,ioln with the city already and that their <br />al thought is that parking would not be a problem. <br />6. What about lightingin the parking lot? <br />Wei told them that we are workIng with the city on a lighting plan and that some <br />ideas had already been shared with us., <br />
