Presbyterian Homels and Services <br />Meet ing with <br />0 <br />Hamline Shopping Center Tenants <br />May 28,20081 <br />6:30 p.m.1 <br />In attendance: 4 tenants in attendance: Aurelio's Pizza (2), Three Stars Sportscards, <br />from Roseville Dental, 4 PHS staff and PH S's architect <br />Valerie Alt, owner representative for Presbyterian Homes and Services, introduced <br />herself and Roland Swleinson, JSSH ArGhitects, Val shared the history and growth of <br />Presbyterian Hom�es, over the past 6, or so, years and the need to add on to our current <br />i <br />Hamline Office Building to accommodate additional staff. All the' jr concerns <br />and questions were regarding what, if anythini <br />,9, is happening to the Harnfine Shopping <br />Center., The Hamline, Shopping Center is not part ofthis development project, so any <br />improvements, or other, general upkeep of the Ham�line Office Building will be considered <br />separately under our planned budget. <br />Tenants seemed very positive about the project,. A,urelli�o's Pizza, especially', were not <br />concerned about bilockled views from Harnline Avenue because they have a good <br />customer base that knows where they are. Also; Aurelio's was excited because when <br />PHS has meetings, or events at their offices, A,urie,lios gets more customers or food is <br />ordered for pick-up from their restaurant. <br />The meeting ended at approximately 7:03 p.m. <br />
