EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City ofRoseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-seventh day of January, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and Wall. Councilperson Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9371 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASmILITY REPORTS ON 1997 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted August 26, 1996, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-97-02 Neighborhood 38 Cohansey Street, County Road B-2 to Lovell Avenue Southhill Drive, Lovell Avenue to Minnesota Street Lovell Avenue, Cohansey Street to Western Avenue Top Hill Circle, Lovell Avenue to cul-de-sac Neighborhood 42 Hand Avenue, Minnesota Street to cul-de-sac Auerbach Avenue, Minnesota Street to cul-de-sac Neighborhood 43 Capitol View Avenue, Western Avenue to Marion Street Western Avenue, Capitol View Avenue to Minnesota Street Marion Street, Capitol View Avenue to Minnesota Street P-97-03 Municipal State Aid (MSA) Roselawn Avenue, Dale Street to McCarrons Blvd. North McCarrons Blvd., Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street South McCarrons Blvd., Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-97-02, Neighborhoods 38,42,43 and P-97-03.
