<br />NOTICE OF HEARING' <br />ON IMPROVEMENT P-97-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 43 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of February, 1997, at <br />6:30 o'cJock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as <br />amended on proposed Improvement P-97-02, Neighborhood 38 incJuding all that property <br />abutting: <br /> <br />Capitol View Avenue, Western Avenue to Minnesota Street <br />Western Avenue, Capitol View Avenue to Minnesota Street <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, <br />drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $244,570.
