VI' .D.£'^-1U.1"":J" <br />ON IMPROVEMENT P-97-03 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of February, 1997, at <br />6:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as <br />amended on proposed Improvement P-97-03 including all that property abutting: <br /> <br />Roselawn Avenue, Dale Street to McCarrons Blvd. <br />North McCarrons Blvd., Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street <br />South McCarrons Blvd., Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, <br />drainage facilities, pathway, landscaping, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $2,864,423.
