VI' .D.£'^-1U.1"":J" ON IMPROVEMENT P-97-03 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of February, 1997, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended on proposed Improvement P-97-03 including all that property abutting: Roselawn Avenue, Dale Street to McCarrons Blvd. North McCarrons Blvd., Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street South McCarrons Blvd., Roselawn Avenue to Rice Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, pathway, landscaping, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $2,864,423. A portion of this cost may be assessed to adjoining properties.
