(PF07-006) at 3008 and 3010 - Roseville Minnesota. The proposer has been notified by a letter about this Cleveland Av,ei. N. petition. The proposed plan will convert what is currently the largest block of forest, in the area into a developed landscape raising concerns over the loss of wildlife habitat and its implications of neighboring wetland and water body. The plan includes construction of a 60 feet hi h, 620 feet wide;, single-block of building and a comparable size of parking lot just next to wetland and single fanilly homes. The x- z, cross- section of the structure is equivalent to about 70% of a full- sized soccer field but in this case standing vertically next to single-family homes causing i, I -acts on sunlight i widespread concerns- on its visual, impacts and imp nfight access. We belie e, that the, proposed project will create substantial enviroi-a-riental impacts including, loss of important wildlife habitat, degradation of water quality, impairment of wetland, storm water, run-off, visual impact, and limited access, to the, sunlight. With the facts and evidences included in this placket, we respectfully request that the R1GU prepare the Environmental As sessment 'Worksheet before any further consideration of the proposal.
