Current site plan and elevation` is attached to this Petition in <br />Appendix A. <br />The application was submitted on. April 6, 2007, and the Planning Commission of the city <br />of Roseville recommended a, denial to the proposal due to "no sufficient transition next to <br />a single-family neighborhood; and negative influences from height, scale, and mass." on <br />June 6, 2007.3 See Appendix B for City Council Staff re. where neighbors concerns <br />and the Planning CommIssion's decision. to deny the proposal are described in its <br />Attaclui,iient 1-1. <br />The proposed development site currently is mainly a forestland, and is currently zoned as <br />R -1 Single -Family Residential.
