Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />9 the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of <br />lo Planning File 08-024�, the following property, located at 284�5 Ha line Avenue and legally <br />11 described as.- <br />12, The east 331 feet of the north 274 feet of the south 947 feet of the northeast quarter of the <br />13 southwest quarter of Section 3, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />14 is hereby rezoned from Shopping Center (SC) District to Planned Unit Development (PUD) with <br />15 and underlying zoning of Limited Business (B-1) District. <br />16 Section 2.
