Attachment D <br />I'll <br />L <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />WITHIN THE TWIN LAKES REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br />FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) TO PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT (PUD WITH AN UNDERLYING ZONING OF <br />GENERAL RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-3) <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain.- <br />Section 1. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) and Section 1008 (Planned Unit Developments) of the City Zoning Code <br />of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Panning File 07-006, <br />the following property, located at 3010 Cleveland Avenue and legally described as.- <br />SEE ATTACHMENT A <br />is hereby rezoned from Single Family Residence District to Planned Unit Development <br />I <br />(PUD) with an underlying zoning of General Residence District (R-3). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and <br />Zoning Map shall take effect upon.- <br />1. The passage and publication of this ordinance. <br />2. Recording of said plat of Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake with <br />Ramsey County. <br />3. The execution of the Planned Unit Development Agreement by the City <br />and property owners. <br />4.
