Mernber------ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. XXXXX Adoption of the Infrastructure linprovem.ents for the Twin Lakes AUAR Area WHEREAS,, on November 19. 2007 the Roseville City Council authorized t-l-ie commencement of the TwIn Lakes UAR. Infrastructure Allocation stuldy (the "Study" to assist the City in apportioning street, sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure costs -within the Twin Ldkes redevelopment area; and WHEREAS, the Study is intended to serve as a baseline iffir the City and the public to Lice in detemi' nin u the, ap I. ZD . propriate cost share of eacli development area w'th' the Twin LaIrces redevelopment area; and WHEREAS, as development proposals are received by the City, the Study as well. as additional anal-ysis will deterniine the final cost allocation for the development proposal in relation to Twin 'Lakes infrastructure; and, WHERE';A.S, on. February 1.1., 2008 the Roseville City Council reviewed the Study, and WHEREAS, th e Study is now ready for consideration by the City Council for adoption. NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Roseville City Council adopts the fnfrastructure Improvements for the Twin Lakes AtJA.R Area.
