An additional City Hall campus wide master plan study as outlined in the <br />agreement scope of work at a cost of $,24,,8,00 plus reimbursable travel <br />and production expenses. <br />2. Design and construction management to install a "full"' geothermal system <br />in the Roseville Skating Center Arena based upon a "best value", <br />contracting approach with final City Attorney approval at a cost of <br />$118,,000, plus reimbursable travel and production expenses. <br />On January 5t ", th�e City Council authorized th�e city to enter into an agreement <br />with Arizona State University to assist with th�e Best Value Contracting approach <br />for the geothermal project and for 2 city staff to attend a training program at <br />Arizona State University. <br />As a result of the involvement and assistance from Arizona State University on <br />this project, KFI agreed to reduce their contract price by $,5200, lowering their <br />proposal from $118,,000 to $112,8,00, all other items in the agreements remaining <br />the sam�e. <br />It was the desire of the City Council, staff and city attorney to have the <br />agreements officially ratified. The agreements are attached and have been <br />reviewed by the City attorney and are considered acceptable., <br />1 <br />
